When should kids start being potty trained?

When should they start sleeping in a normal kid bed and not a crib?

At what age does disciplining your kids actually work?

What should my child be learning at this age?

My little boy is 2 years old and I have no idea what he should be learning? Lets spark up some comments and get some feedback to help others with similar situations... what are things that I can do as a parent to teach my 2 year old the things that he should be learning right now?

A Parents Main Worry

I want lots of comments... more the merrier. Can anyone tell me what is their main worry for their children in the near future? H1N1, moral standards, friends they have, watching too much TV.
